Body Wrap Kit for Home Care

Follow instructions for best results.  Each step is important to achieve desired results. 

1. Put the Aloe & Herb Body Wrap Gel in a container of hot water to warm in the bathroom, while you are in the shower. Have the bathroom warm and have a robe or blanket and slippers there to keep your body warm after you apply the wrapping.  Your roll of plastic film needs to be in the bathroom as well.
2. Shower and scrub well with the Aloe Lavender Bath & Shower Gel and Scrub Cloth.  It is important to have any dry skin and lotion residue cleaned from your skin so the Gel product will quickly penetrate. Rinse well and dry the water off. 
3. Immediately apply warm Body Wrap Solution Gel to the lower half of your body & legs.  Starting at an ankle, unroll (do NOT put plastic on tight) the plastic film over the very moist Solution and unroll the wrap up your leg, around the buttocks area and down the other leg.  Tear the plastic film from the roll.
4. Apply warm Body Wrap Solution Gel to the upper part of your body.  Put Gel onto breast tissue only if you want to have a size loss in this area. Your back area can be reached with a spatula.
5. Start the plastic roll around your wrist and unroll up your arm, across your back and around your mid-section, then lastly, wrap your other arm.  
6. Put on your robe or wrap the blanket around your body & put on slippers to stay warm.  Find a comfortable spot to lay for one hour.  Do not perspire during this process.  If perspiration is coming out of the pores, the solution cannot be going in. 
7. Remove the plastic film and rub into your skin any gel that is still moist.  Drink lots of water during the following 24 hours.  If you have a gallon of water set aside, drink it all within the next 24 hours.
8. The aloe & herbs will stay in your body and continue to detox for 3 days.  If you drink a gallon of water each of those 3 days to keep flushing the toxins from your system, you will have added benefit from the treatment. 
9. Your next treatment should be scheduled in 4-6 days.
